Listen as Broc, in court session, details allegations involving Judge Anne Therieau Hayes—a former Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County—and Brian Nigohosian, another former Assistant State’s Attorney now practicing family law (partner at Nigohosian & Dahlquist, P.C., specializing in divorce and child custody matters).
The claims center on proceedings tied to Nichole Montgomery, an executive at Lamb Weston, represented by Nigohosian. Broc asserts that Judge Anne Therieau Hayes is in knowledge of and engaged in the systematic illegal obstruction of Nichole’s true total income (over $1,000,000 per year) for over six years, resulting in significant financial harm.
He further alleges obvious collusion between the two former state’s attorneys to cover up grand larceny, with references in the recording to directives originating from Room 201 in the Chief Justice offices.
Central to these allegations is Nichole Montgomery‘s submission of illegal fake paystubs and W2s into court, which deliberately obstructed the disclosure of her real W2 earnings and executive-level compensation.
This deceit, showing a shocking lack of class at the executive level, was compounded by advice from the racist, divorce lawyer Jackie Tufo Hovde, who, in fact, guided these fraudulent tactics to manipulate the proceedings and evade accountability.
Additionally, Broc points out that Judge Hayes emphatically states on audio that she has not been part of previous proceedings, yet she is sitting and being advised by former Judge John Demling in the same Courtroom 3006.
Coinciding with this, she knew Broc had filed seven county-stamped motions for financial adjudication related to financial fraud and two for parental interference.
Broc also highlights that Nichole Montgomery has been in contempt of court for six years on court-ordered payments that DuPage County officials refuse to enforce due to what he describes as their discrimination policies against white females paying indigenous males court-ordered monies.
Furthermore, he accuses Brian Nigohosian of engaging in illegal money laundering activities and demonstrating a lack of integrity that has impeded court filings, which he allegedly coordinated with the clerk’s office.
The noticeably all-white collectivism of lack of integrity among these individuals—and their oath of offices—is duly noted, as they allow career political criminals to carry on with behaviors that include gaslighting to obstruct the truth. They are all white, with majority female participation, openly breaking laws, engaging in trafficking, abusing power, and more.
Broc emphasizes that such actions will not be tolerated by BDM, LLC from any State of Illinois official, let alone the corrupt former State’s Attorney in DuPage County.
