Federal inaction by figures such as Senators Dick Durbin, Tammy Duckworth, and Representative Jan Schakowsky perpetuates the cycle. Court orders mandate that she cover 100% of Drake’s and Mason’s college tuition and expenses—directly blocking every athletic scholarship or aid package their All-State/All-American credentials would otherwise qualify them for.
This is no accident. It funnels her high Lamb Weston income through “clean” tuition payments, aiding asset concealment and laundering while denying my sons recognition and resources for elite training, travel, and equipment. The fraud depletes family support that should have fueled their athletic paths, creating financial instability amid their peak performance years.

These achievements—earned through grit on the court and field—should have opened doors. Instead, DuPage County and Northwestern University sponsored court fraud and scholarship obstruction cast long shadows: delayed opportunities, gaslighting in educational/athletic settings, and generational economic harm targeting our Indigenous heritage. The same systems that groom athletes exploit families entangled in rigged proceedings.

This is systemic: State of Illinois court-corporate fraud uses high school/college sports and family obligations as laundering conduits. Nichole’s $1M+ salary, Lamb Weston/Conagra asset games, the DuPage “Klub,” and Northwestern ties demand scrutiny.
