Illinois led the nation in sundown towns—more than the entire Deep South. DuPage County, including Naperville, was shaped by this exclusion. Today it’s courtroom corruption, corporate sabotage, and targeted economic hate crimes against Indigenous families like mine. The evidence doesn’t lie.
“DuPage: Built on Exclusion, Sustained by Corruption.”

..This isn’t coincidence. Sundown towns created the segregated suburbs. Those suburbs birthed the corrupt courts. And those courts now shield the corporations and insiders who profit from keeping people like me—Indigenous, neurodivergent, truth-tellers—on the outside. The North doesn’t get a pass. Illinois, DuPage, Naperville—they all hid behind “polite” racism while enforcing the same hate. My fight proves the legacy is alive: in the affidavits, the 2020 audio recordings of court insiders, the stonewalled complaints, the rigged sports pathways for my sons Drake and Mason (All-State caliber athletes deliberately sidelined).
Key Affidavit Highlights Tied to This History:
- Sworn evidence of DuPage County courtroom fraud and money-laundering schemes involving judges, clerks, and corporate ties (e.g., Lamb Weston executives with $1M+ compensation packages linked to the network).
- Documented discrimination & sabotage in high school/college athletics—economic hate crimes designed to block Indigenous advancement.
- Obstruction and retaliation when I raised alarms—mirroring how sundown enforcers once used “polite” threats and violence to maintain white control.
These aren’t isolated incidents. They’re the modern evolution of the same exclusionary blueprint that made Illinois #1 in sundown towns. The demographics haven’t shifted much in many DuPage areas because the systems were engineered that way—and still are.
